Default coolant system

I was wondering about the statement that i read on a post acouple days ago, it said something about switching the fluid hoses that go into the fir wall and runing at 3000 rpms, and disco mikesaid something against it, but I didn't understand. is the process removeingonly one end of both hoses and then switching to reverse the flow? and is that to push the air out, will parkingon anose up slant help with the bleed, if a parked nose up, and ran the rmps up for a minutethe heater on would that help push the air out, or bleed.
the problem i am haveing is water spilling out of the over flow hose, since i havehad the truck i replaced the top end gaskets and the coolant hoses, the plugs and wires, and filters. but this coolant problem as been aroung since the rebuild, I haven't had murky oil or smoky exhaust, and it had sat about an inch low from the top in the radiator untill i noticed a drip where I parked today in town, i drove home and parked, and it was bubbleing out of the over flow hose, so after thisup hill bleed, i hope it stops. I really dont like the $600 price tag on new D1 radiators.

Any help would be appericated

Yes switching the heater hoses will reverse the flow and hopefully force the air out.

it does force air out of the heater core, eventually, however this is not the reason to do it, if you have a sloshing sound behind you dash, and your cooling system is intact for the most part, it is due to scale build up in the h/c, and hence trapped air. reversing the flow will rid the h/c of the scale and allow the air to be forced out. it will not fix your problem, the heater core is not why youre pissing coolant.

Here is a question for you. What kind of coolant was in it when you removed the radiator hoses and what kind of coolant did you put back in?

Well if it was pink then your fine, if it was green then you may not be fine. DexCool is NOT compatible with other coolants, it will congeal and cause a clog. That is why I ask what was in it before, if you have a clogged cooling system then you need to do a flush and go from there.
