Default Cruise Control

Hi,

My cruise control stopped working.
Where do i start.

Vacuum line on the bottom of the pump, passenger side fender well.

Start at the brake pedal and follow the vacuum lines everywhere they go and check for leaks.

D2 does not have a vacuum line at the brake pedal. Replace the vacuum lines at cruise control unit on the passenger finder.

Thanks for all your replies.

So, vacum line under passenger fender.....Is this accesssible from under the fender or do I have to raise the car up? Do I jsut replace the vacum line from one attachemnt point to the other and can this be done without having to raise the car?

Pls. advice...Repair tips willk help.

Not under fender... on top of the fender in the engine bay. Stand on the passenger side and look between the battery box/fuse box and the SAI pump (if you have SAI), you will see a small pump with some hoses. There is a cable running from the throttle body to the cruise control unit.
