Put maybe 5 miles on it today and let it idle for a good 20 minutes during cleanup before the rest run. No cel issues. After telling the little lady that the 3 angle valve job will likely increase power on that side half of the engine I get grilled as to why I didn't do both. She apparently wants more power now.

Good news. I’m pretty sure a 3 angle grind won’t make a noticeable power difference.

Don't tell her that. A nice new clean head in place of a head that could possibly have 200k on it and was blowing past the head gasket on one cylinder .I'm trying to earn brownie points

I won't be able to swap out the passenger side low mile head. I now know why the previous owner said he thought it jumped time. Removing the valve cover revealed a broken rocker arm.

After removing the head I found 3 stuck valves, two have knicked the piston. The two that hit are bent Pistons can easily be cleaned and pistons come flush with the cylinder ridge. The rods are probably ok but I'd probably replace with good used ones for cheap insurance. Would suck to drop a rod months down the road and take out a block.

Head is likely not worth salvaging due to me having two other passenger side heads on hand with more miles but less issues.
