It's my Friday and got it all soldered and heat shrinked today after a little nap. Started right up! Now I'm hearing a little "knocking" noise when it's cold. Maybe an exhaust leak? It sounds like it's right under the CKPS. Maybe the previous owner disconnected the manifold when replacing the CKPS last time and didn't get a new gasket when putting it back. We'll see, not really sure how to test an exhaust leak. Will do some research.

Just want to say thanks to everybody for the help. You guys are great!

Congrats. Try giving a “final torque“ to the three nuts on the downpipe. Be careful not to snap them but see if you can get a little bit more out of them. That’s a notorious leak spot, some guys have noticed cracking at the flange as well.

if you have a shop vac that will also blow air, stick it in the exhaust pipe and spray soapy water around the connections to look for bubbles. Probably smart to try that first.
