Disco 2 dim lights not working?

Got my 2000 disco 2 in September. The radio only comes on after I turn the head lights on. Only the High beams come on. When I switch to dim. Nothing. I have replaced the fuses under the steering wheel and under the bonnet. What's next? I pulled both bulbs out of the headlights. They appear to be in good order. Asking if anyone has had this happen and if their is a simple fix.

Thanks in advance.

Oaty.

You're 100% certain you replaced both fuses? I would check them again with voltmeter.

The next obvious spot would be the relays (I think these guys have relays for headlamps)

Double check

hello I have a similar issue.. my disco2 does not turn the high beams on when the lights are off. But with the low beams on it changes to hi/low!
Is this the relay? Does anyone knows what’s the relay number please?

thanks
