anyone knows y my discovery cant go beyond 120kph? it stops der? others say i have to change the fuel advancer? is that what it is? any thoughts? thanks

ok n00b... are you trying to see how far you can slide on your roof? if you go too fast in a rover and have to make any type of evasive maneuver that is exactly what you will do...

just wondering coz wen we did our fun run all the disco 1's wer doing gud on 130kph i think its pretty normal for a freeway to reach that speed.

You do realize that 120 kph is about 75 MPH????
Not that fast for freeway speed.
Kean, Im not sure what your problem is, but most of us on here use MPH so that might throw some people off.

Here is the conversion: 1 Kilometers = 0.621371192237334 Miles

haha yeah my math skills are awesomnessess... sorry... i retract my n00b statement... it could be a few things causing you to not be able to maintain higher speeds... bad fuel filter, dirty injectors, bad air filter, fuel delivery, strain on your drivetrain... all sorts of things...

Where are you exactly ?

In the Gulf states the Disco is speed limited to 120KPH

im from the philippines, my lr is a petrol, sorry for not converting it to mph, im going to try to do what discoxd sed, is there any more things i should do? my car has 122tkm on the odometer, or about 75.8k miles. thanks

with miles that low you really shouldnt be running into any major issues though...
