the body adds a good amount of rigidity to the frame. Sooooo...if you add a quality roll cage and a soft top, should be fine..... Other things will have issues like front A frame supports, door window frames... but anything can be done with time/$

I don’t have any pictures, but I have seen one that was converted down in Aguadilla Puerto Rico… I believe it was a 2004 model year. It had a square tube cage over the front and rear seats, and angled down to the rear wheel well area. Looked pretty cool with the Bimini top on it…
