Also there were no dummy lights on when running so I turned the key to the 2nd click just to make sure they were all working, they were. I noticed a light in the bottom row (a little to the left) that showed the truck with arrows pointing to the left and right in an arc.
Would that be the automatic corner leveling system thingy???
If so doesn't it need air bags to work??

Forgot to add that when driving it the SRS (airbags?) light came on. The guy said the light comes on and goes off while driving since he got it.
Nope, lots of them don't have SLS.

That would be the Active Cornering Enhancement (ACE) light. Was it lit after you started the disco? If so, red or amber?

That's what I thought it was..... It was not on while running. I just turned the key ahead to make sure no bulbs were burned out (or bulb removed) and I saw that light. Never saw that light on my 99 so it stuck out to me.
