I'm looking to get another Land Rover have 2 I'm looking at I'm going touse it as a hunting/ fishing, camping, and a trail rig . My wife has a 2003 D ll. I have found a 2000 D ll with a transmission that only go in revers the rest is about 6.5 out of 10 and a range rover hunter1991 that needs a new blower motor and a power steering belt and the lower half of the dash its about a 7 out of 10. Any suggestions.

I have both of these and to be honest if your not looking for the creature comforts the Hunter is the way to go.

If your in the Illinois area I know of a pretty decent hunter with a fair amount of the off road goodies already added

I'm in southern Illinois I'll be visiting the Chicago area around Christmas time but I'm about as far south as you could be without being in Kentucky

Go with the classic, but know the heater blower motor is an all day affair. If I remember it took me about 10-hours to replace the heater motor and core in my 1990.
