Purchased new on eBay for just under $500. Shipped and delivered very quickly. The finish is a good quality powder coat, although there are minor blemishes from poor packaging during shipment. If I were going for show car quality, I'd complain and request a replacement but I do not expect the rest to remain blemish-free for very long so it's fine.

The bumper comes in 3 pieces. Install wasn't too bad but it would have been easier with a second person. It does not come with instructions but it's pretty easy to figure out.

Fitment is very good. The metal seems thin for a bumper.

Overall, I'm pleased with the outcome.

Not quite.

The cheapest price I've found for the bumper mentioned in the original post is $452 via Amazon with free shipping. It includes the bolt on bull bar, shackles, fog light holes, is powder coated, and does not have a stupid company logo on it.

The Goliath bumper starts at $409 with $150 shipping. But then, a bull bar is $80 extra, they state shipping to a home address is $75 extra, and the bumper does not have fog light holes AND is sold bare metal so you will have to figure that out on your own. A little bit more than "$50 bucks".

If you guys looks around, you'll also find copies now being made of those britpart/AB/whatever rear bumpers for less than $400 shipped as well. One seller made me an offer of like $360 shipped the other day.

My guess is the cheap ones we're seeing are chinese made, and funny to me how some of the listings pictures of the Goliath copy bumpers are just stolen from Goliath lol. I'm not impressed with the fitment of Goliaths products based on their website pics anyway. I'm sure someone could weld up these multi piece bumpers if they wanted to and have close to the same thing. Might end up buying these newer cheap copies myself.
