ECM connector pins loose

Has anyone had an issue with ECM pins being loose causing intermittent issues? Any ideas how to refresh or update the pins in the connectors?
I had an O2 heater circuit issue I decided to tackle. P0155 pending(No CEL), bought 2 new Bosch O2s, installed and now have O2 heater circuit and No Activity codes P0155, P0135, P0154, P0134, but Torque was still reading O2 voltages bouncing around 0-1v. After spending some time checking voltages, grounds, and continuity through all the wires and connectors between the Sensors and the ECM, and determining that everything checked out good, I put it back together and had a flat line 0.4v graph for the Passenger side.
Rechecked the wiring on the passenger side and everything checked out, still no reading though. Slept on it and thought I'd reach under the dash to make sure I plugged the wires back in the ECM *with it running and torque open* and as soon as I touched the wires I got normal readings on the Passenger O2 sensor.

Your best bet is try a good electrical contact cleaner, and let everything sit overnight. A lot of the time it is just dirty connections. You could pull the ECU and crack it open and check for corrosion on the inside.
Another option is electrical conductive grease on the connectors, after cleaning but it tends to be hard to find and apply you can not just slap it on
The big thing here disconnect the battery then hit the connector and ecu connections.

Right now I'm getting a constant pending p0154, I'm going to swap sensors and see if the problem changes to confirm it's the loose ecu pin. If I get the same code I'll order some pins.

Grounds happily grounded from the ECM
Looks like I was right and it was a loose connection at the ECM.. Cleared codes, Reset Adaptions again and drove it 20 miles with the back probes still in place putting pressure on the connector to the pin, it's not thrown a code, and the graphs continue their happy dance.
