Default Electric Fan

hello, i want to instal a electirc fan in my 98 discovery. anyone know the amout of CFM i should be looking for? Also is there any places to just buy a direct bolt in? I would rather not be Land rover specfic for the fact that it will be expenseve. just would like to know the CFM needed. Thank You!

So you are doing away with your viscous fan ? I'm guessing your coupler is bad and you got sticker shock on A new one ? You can probably install A electric unit for less than that pricey coupler.

Your rad is very big so I wouldn't be concerned with the CFM. Any aftermarket kit designed for such will be more than needed. Try Rovers North or Atlantic British.

I haven't even checked prices yet, I do think it's locked up though. I was wanting to do eletric fan cause of the noise. Also on my other cars i do it for the performance gain, that was the main idea for the rover too. thanks for the help and quick response!
