My speedometer, odometer, gas guage, trip miles, tachometer, engine temp, diff lock light, and other lights do not work

my turn signal does, and my high beams does

the connections are all good at the cluster, not sure where they go though

Check the fuses. If the dash is electronic (IDK if it is) then a fuse could cause that. Had it happen to my parents car.

Knowing those rascally british electricians, you might want to check you right rear marker light. It might have burned out and took your dash with it lol!

are the gauges not working or the illumination on the gauges? I would check the ground in the kick, that's where they should be grounded.

Alright... got the multimeter and tested pin 7 on connector c207, no 12v

checked for 12v at fuse 14, got it

so somewhere in between i have a problem, I think i'm just gonna run a new wire so I don't have to disassemble the dash though
