with the flywheel off you should be looking at the back of the block, the seal and the end of the crankshaft with an aligment dowel in it. You can remove the seal several different ways I use a couple of small sheet metal screw into the seal and then pull pull the seal out. Do you have a couple of the rave? them is a real good picture in section 12.21.20.

Default 00 disco 2 torque converter help

I replaced the flywheel and attached the transmission to the engine but I have to force it in now it is in place but I'm not sure if the torque converter is lined up with the pump any tips on how to check or do i have to take the engine out again please let me know thank you so much
