Front Bumper

Can anyone tell me what it takes to remove and replace a Front Bumper on an '03 Disco II w/fogs?

Unbolt, disconnect fog light wires and yank the bumper off. Reinstall is opposite. Disconnect your battery for an hour prior to starting work so you don't accidentally deploy the airbags.

the most FUN way to remove the front bumper is to take your rover into snow or mud over bumper deep and play for an afternoon. enjoyable but it makes it a b*tch to reinstall bumper and fogs...
