Default Fuel Filter Replacement

As part of my 100k service, I'd like to change the fuel filter on my 2000 DII. Rockauto has two part numbers and I'm unsure what I'm after. One is a Fram G3144 and the other is G3727. I know the G3727 looks like a regular filter with a threaded nut on each end, but there's no picture of the other filter.

Some web searching has turned up the suggestion that the fuel filter on Bosch equipped 4.0L's are inside the tank and not user serviceable without pulling the pump?

Is this true? Does anyone know which filter I should buy, and how I change it? Any input / help / suggestions, etc. would be much appreciated.

Yes, fuel filter is integrated to the pump, no in-line filters.

What does it take to change the one in the pump?
