I'm too cheap for an ultrasonic cleaner and tester/timer setup. I'm about to set up a cleaning system using injector cleaner, an old pump sprayer and a holding jig to clean the injectors from my boat. You can trigger the solenoids using a momentary contact switch and a AA battery. I'll let you know how it works out.

I saw many youtube video's doing it that way and it will help get some off the bigger stuff off. Honestly if I was just going to use injector cleaner to try and clean up the injectors, I would hook up directly to the fuel rail and run the cleaner while the engine is running. That would work better than taking them off and using a momentary switch.
OTC makes a great product for cleaning that way and it will run you $140, about what I paid for the ultrasonic cleaner and pulse timer together. OTC 7448A Fuel Injector Canister-Type Cleaner
But from everything I've read the absolute best way to get the injectors back to like new condition is by running them while in an ultrasonic cleaner. Unfortunately a hand activated switch was not going to get the job done.

My daily driver has a vacuum leak or injector leak or clogged injector or something now.
I was about to tear into that and change the o-rings and half a** clean them but would be good if I had a setup like yours before I do.
It's because I didn't do that when I had my engine apart before, now I have to take it apart and do what I should have done to begin with. I can partially blame that on the place I bought my head gasket set from, as it was supposed to have the injector o-rings included and didn't and I had already pulled my injectors out when I noticed that they were not in the box. so, I just put them back in with the old ones and as a result I now think they are not sealing good.
I'm always tinkering with engines and will always have some that need cleaning. I have 3 rover engines now, two running and one apart, and all could use an injector cleaning/rebuild i'm sure.
I think that's something that will pay back for itself many times over. Not having to pay someone else to do the job or buy rebuilt is worth more than the cost. Then every time I have an engine apart I can go ahead and clean/rebuild the injectors for good measure and not have to wish I had.
So are you happy with your choices of the cleaner and timer? If you could do it over would you buy the same or is there something that yours don't have that you wish it did have?

I have had the HF cleaner for over two years now and have not had any problems with it. I used mine for cleaning the Fuel Injectors as well. Almost anything I take off the truck that will fit in it gets cleaned. Best stuff I have found to use is the cheap orange spray cleaner at the dollar store. I use a 50/50 mix of the cleaner and distilled hot water. Heat the water first on the stove then add it to the cleaner. The heater on the cleaner will keep it warm. Otherwise it takes several cycles for the built in heater to heat the solution.

seeing as you have this down pat why don't you offer it as a service?
make a couple bucks and everyone doesn't have to run out and buy equipment that will only be used once.
Start with one set of injectors from a bone yard and do an exchange program.
