Check to see if side skirts have moved in. That can cause a knock sound.

MASS Air Sensor. MAF ..just replace that you should be good to go. I think

Uh, good for you and I am glad you are happy with the new starter in your truck, but what does this have to do with the topic of this thread, which is about fan clutches?

Swapped out my New Mexico sun faded hood for a non-faded Massachusetts hood off a same color Alveston Red 2003 parts truck I just picked up. Also replaced my severely cracked rear bumper. New Mexico plays havoc on the paint, but not as deadly as the rear frame rust on the Massachusetts rig.

I have also removed the factory running boards and flares.
