Default Headliner queations

Are the headliners on the 2002 and 2003 disco 2 the same? I had someone try and replace the liner and absolutly butchered mine.

Yes, just make sure you get that matches yours -- aka sunroofs or not.

If you're trying to get a new headliner Id recommend pulling the headboard out and going to like an auto body place that does headliners.

Take headliner board to an upholstery shop. Easy peasy for them with it out of the truck. Remind them that our headliners are a little wider than typical, so they start with the right frabric.

You have any pics? It'd be cool to see what that looks like.

I'll probably be painting mine rather than recovering it. Seems like everyone paints theirs black though which is cool but looks funny with a non black interior

*edit* Maybe doing cork board would be cool

interesting with the cork board idea. Not a half bad idea given how often they leak!

But I agree, not sure how a painted interior headliner would look, doesn't seem that appealing..

Actually, it lasts alot longer than the fabric, and if you scuff it, it's easy to fix.

We've changed some interior parts on the inside to black just because.

You dont have to paint it black, paint it tan. Paint it white, paint it whatever.
