Default Heating and air

Had some major gasket work done last week and ever since I have had the Disco back the heat and air controls have not been as they used to be. The outside temp is 30 degrees off. The driver and passenger controls only go up to 28 and then the fan kicks into HI and the word Hi shows on the indicator. So is this thing fried or can it be reset somehow?

I am going to let you read a little on this one, get your manual out and read about the heat settings and how to reset them.
Need to spend more time with your owners manual.

I did read through the manual on the temp control but did not find any answers. So, based on your response there are answers in the manual. So I'll dig deeper and see what I can find,Oh Master Jedi!
Thanks for all the help with all the other questions and the willingness to give out the phone number freely!

The only reason I haven't answered is because it has been posted sooooo many times lately and no body wants to try and find some help based on reading or searching past posts.
To change your temp settings back to Fer. with the key in the on position press in the a/c units power button and recir. button at the same time and hold them till the numbers change.

Thanks Mike! I didn't even realize that it could be changed. I guess the previous owner never figured that out, or maybe they were British. Won't my wife be happy.

So you were reading Celsius Will? Thats a good one.

Yes, I was reading Celsius. I did not realize that was the problem. Mike is the best though!
