I ran the codes on fixd just like I always do and it pulled 3 codes and 5 possible codes. It seems to run fine and no noticeable changes. I was just hoping to get some troubleshooting.

Well all the P0300 are misfires the last number is the cylinder so p0308 in cylinder 8 could be old plug wire,bad coil, maybe a bad fuel pump or injectors given you have at least on fuel pump code
The 154, 135,134 are all O2 sensors
447 is the purge canister
453 relates to the fuel pump
