Help with Coolant Leak
I have an 02 Disco with 59k and it seems to be leaking coolant. My truck overheated for the first time on my short drive home from work yesterday. When I got home I noticed that the coolant container was bone dry. I filled it up , didnt drive it, and this morning I noticed its dry again and a big wet spot on my driveway. Besides changing my own oil i have no experience working on cars. Is this an issue that my local shop can work on or do I need to take it to the dealership? I have noticed the "waterfall" sound alot recently and it should be noted that I just did an oil change last weekend where the front of the truck was elevated as I drove up ramps. Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks!

Do not drive it till you completely fill and bleed your coolant or you will toast your engine.
The waterfall sound is air going thru your heater, another indicator of how low the system is.
Send me your tele number and I'll walk you thru how to fill your system, then you will need to go find a shop to pressure test the coolant system for a leak and repair it.
