Question Help identifying this rack???

This was from Chazz Layne's disco build on the American Adventurist forum. Does anyone have any idea of what type of rack this is, and how he even possibly mounted it? The OP has yet to respond about it. I only want it for light camping gear and to hold excess MTB gear for riding trips, less that 50lbs at any given time, mainly to free up some cabin space. It almost looks like a universal roof basket, but I'm not sure of how it would even have been mounted, any insight would be appreciated!
(If this is a duplicate post I apologize, I posted this in the wrong section earlier, mods feel free to delete the other post if it's still up) 😳

That's a neat idea for the attachment of a rack. I wonder what the whole setup cost...

I've had a roof rack before with gutter mounts (not on my Disco) and I hated those mounts. I bet you can put slot more weight on Chazz's setup, when needed. And, it is shorter.
