Well got home and popped the hood to check the IACV. First noticed one of my clamps was loose coming from the air filter and looked like it was half off. Re connected and tightened clamp, valve seemed clear will drive it to work tomorrow and check to see. Thanks for the help I think it should be fixed now. Will posted again after I drive it.

Well cleared all the codes and truck drives normal again. This misfires haven't popped up again so I don't know if the clamp allowing to much air to seep in caused them or not. Would post a picture for future reference but don't know how. Thanks for the help.

If the clamp on the plenum for the rubber fitting is loose, that will cause problems.

Any air leaks before the MAF are bad.

MAF has to be clamped in there tight with all the clamps secure.
Air box should be solid with air filter inserted correctly and all of the hold down clamps working.

Also check for vacuum leaks

Make sure power brake booster is not defective or leaking - sucking in air.
Make sure the other vacuum hoses up on the plenum are tight - and the ends of the hoses are not leaking.

The SAI is also vacuum operated in parts - valves on either side. Make sure all those hoses are connected.

Well, if they were not, you would get SAI error codes and you don't have those.

Umm I don't really know to be honest. Does the motor spin at all and are you sure you hooked everything back up correctly?

Did the truck run at all before changing out the coils and wires?
