Default Hola Amigos.........Hola

Hey guys. I replaced my brake pads and brake fluid last week and the truck has been stopping like a dream (I have EBC slotted and drilled rotors, greenstuff pads, and valvoline fully synthetic brake fluid). However, over the past week I have gotten the three amigos to come on twice. As soon as I turn off the truck and turn it back on they go away so it hasnt been a trouble, but I wanted to know if this happens sometimes while the pads break in? I didnt use brake cleaner because I was nervous about using it around the sensative ABS equipment so could this be the problem? Should I get in there and give everything a good cleaning. Thanks alot

Sometimes as new pads are breaking in they may trip the sensor. If it comes on and stays on, then go to a smal shop, not the dealer, have them read the codes, write them down and have them cleared, don't throw parts at it till they come back on again and only if it is the exact fault.
