Default i need road block help!

Running into 2 problems and could use some input.

1) after "fixing" my water pump issue the other day, put the fan pulley bolts on with blue locktite. It worked well....can't get them out. Any ideas?

2) not helping matters, the pulley wheel keeps spinning. We've put the fan on, tried holding fan with adjustible wrench and tried using a small wrench - no room or leverage. We've stuffed rags in to stop it from spinning, as well as cardboard, half a phone book, a branch! - still, it insists on spinning. Any other ideas?

Help would be appreciated... Getting no where quick. Spent over an hour retrieving 2 tools that fell between radiator and transmission cooler, and now halted again. Oh yeah, while trying to hold the fan, dropped adjustable wrench through engine compartment in to the pan of dirty oil...

I didn't think it would be easy, but this is almost comical. Almost....

Solved! FYI, used rags and a gasket scraper to wedge and stop spinning, broke bolts free.
