Default How hot is too hot

Having an Ultra Gauge has got me real time temps...

But how hit is too hot? If the electric fan comes on at 212F then that tells me Land Rover thinks that is hit but not too hot. So what is too hot?
(In my normal driving I see anything from 185 to 212 depending on load and the size of hill I am driving on. Normal HWY driving is below 190).

To hot is 230+, the "sweet spot" is 200-210.
Your temps are fine.
