Default RE: How Much Vacuum should I have??

I've been using Fram Tough Gaurd for oil filters when I do them but I took it in last time for the a/c and I had them do the oil chang.. It currently has on a mobil one oil filter... I read on the forums that the K&N is the best way to go... I also use High Milage oil.... I've done the engine flush twice now, but I used the engine flush in a can... I will give the tranny fluid a try this weekend... Also the CEL light hasn't come back on since auto zone cleared the codes and the Idle is getting alot worse... I can smell exhaust so I'm pretty sure its the cats causing all the problems..(at least with the rough idle).. How about the cleaning for the carbon.. I've seen people squart water through the intake vacuum lines... or should an additive be the bast way to go??
