Default I"m going to buy a 2004 Disco II SE7 tomorrow!!!

Good evening everyone,

It's been a very long time since I have been on this message board, the main cause of that was that my wife and I were in a swimming debt. Reading about these amazing machines, drooling over them, whishing and praying that I could one day afford one was making me depressed andour debt load wasonly adding to that.In the past 3 months my wife and have, thanks toultra strict budgeting, have become consumer debt free and I can now afford this vehicle.

Tomorrow is that day ladies and gentleman. I am so _______ _________ __________ing excited that I don't want to sleep tonight.

I humbly ask that all of the Discovery masters out there please provide me with as much information about the pro's, con's squeeks, gremlins, pops, bings, snaps and crackles that go along with this vehicle. Here is some information on the vehicle I"m about to purchase

As long as its not light green and has side steps. Sounds and looks real nice, but they're asking at least $5000.00 too much for it. But then again, I checked the other years also, and the market prices seem very high in alberta. So, either get the price down, or get them to add the full warranty in the price.

What's the price on that?

For reference, I just bought a nice 2004 SE with 68,000km for $19,000 in Ontario.

They're asking $27900.00 or something like that. But in his area, 2000 and 2001s with low miles are still selling for $15 to 16 grand.

TS is, I believe, is Canada, eh?...the 41,000kms translates to about 25,000 miles and the dollars are Canadian...I guess they're about 1 to 1 now, but things up north are a bit more expensive...especially cars.

...you'll enjoy your 04 SE7 quite a bit...I know I enjoy mine.

...I would pay a little extra and get the extended warranty for peace of mind.

Most cars are much cheaper in the US, but apparently not Rovers. Not sure why... There was a small difference, but once you pay the 6.1% import duty on a Rover, it's not worth it.

What the heck...

Hey man, I'll sell you mine for $24k!
