Default Idle issues / bumpy Idle

Hi everyone, I'm having the idle issue? I checked out the rough idle thread and never saw the final fix if there was one??
I have changed out coils ,plugs,!wires and maf sensor. Still having the same bumpy Idle?
It did seem that when i Changed Coils and wires it ran better for a while. But started again?? Changed out maf sensor, ran ok during test drive, but in the morning same old again??
any help with this issue will be most appreciated! Made an appointment with my mechanic for Monday.. just wanna point him in the right direction!!
Thanks again in advance!

Try this
where your vacuum line coming from the fuel purge valve connects to your manifold disconnect it and block the port at manifold.
See if that fixes it.

Have you cleaned the Idle air control unit? I had a low idle on cold startup way back, ended up being a sticking IAC. Brake cleaner fixed it. Maybe not your issue, but it takes only a few minutes to clean and rule it out.

Get an obd2 reader dongle and download torque app. check to see what your maf readings and fuel trims are.

I agree with cleaning the IAC valve also. You'd be surprised how much crap is in there gumming up the motor. A couple good shots of brake cleaner or throttle body cleaner and wipe out clean with a rag will do it some good. While you are doing that you might as well clean out the throttle body/plate and check if your air filter isn't clogged.
Don't worry if the IAC valve rattles when you shake it. It's supposed to do that.
