Default idler pulleys

So a 2003 has 70 and 80mm pulleys plus the tensioner.
Would any pulley of that size work? Amazon sells good year pulleys of that size. Would they work fine?

Not necessarily. The bearing in the center can be any number of sizes. You'd need to check the bolt hole size of the bearing, as well as the width of the pulley and match that. Any WorldPac dealer can get you the correct pulley including tensioner for about $40 give or take. The smaller pulley is an off the shelf part at Advance Auto for cheap.

I was wondering about that. It is amazingly inconsistent when I search on the various web site for parts. Is there a way to get those dimensions?

Here's what I used and where I purchased them:
wpcG6020135242amr, 70mm WorldPac supplier...Carquest etc. $22.74
PQR101150K, 80mm idler, driver side, Atlantic British. $44.95. Couldn't get local
89054, Tensioner pulley, AdvanceAuto, $18.99

Napa sells the bearing for them all as well, however, the main one I needed was the 80mm pulley, and the bearing was more than the whole part from AB.
Hope that helps.

Default Dayco Pulleys

So, the Dayco pulleys I ordered, after sizing from their app are not correct. The 89006 is no where near fitting anything under the hood.
the 89054 for the tensioner is too small by a few millimeters or so. Did not measure it, but it is definitely smaller.

could the tensior be replaced already with one slightly too large and this is the correct one?

Otherwise I am shipping it all back. There is not an Oreilleys anywhere near me which appears to be the place to get these parts. I have an autozone, advanced auto and pepboys close by.
Does anyone have a suggestion or accurate parts list before I overpay at AB?

I am thinking that I will buy an entire tensioner, that pulley is on there pretty good.

thanks in advance,
