Default Induction Cleaning

You guys were right about the using the Seafoam for induction cleaning!! What a difference!! Smoked like a bomb when a sucked it thru, then took it for a hard run. Took a few miles for it to stop smoking, but runs 100% better.
Thank You!!! [sm=goodidea.gif]

Induction cleaning is on my to do list when I get home from work before I take off to Arizona. Glad to hear it worked so well for you.

I love seeing a Rover driving down the road looking like a barn on fire, makes me proud.

DiscoMike,

I'm just about to have the valve cover gasket replaced along with plugs and wires...is it better to wait until after the replacement or before to Seafoam the engine? Does it matter?

TIA

Hey Mike,

How old must a Disco be to see a benefit from this treatment? Would my 2004 w/ 34k miles be helped by it?

Thanks!!!

Why are you replacing your v/c gaskets, have you tried tightening them every 6 months or so, they just vibrate loose.

It is not based on your total mileage only, quality of gas and type of driving habits.
I would do it.
