Installed my new front drive shaft today
Didn't feel like trying to rebuild my front drive shaft as I don't have the tools for it so I ordered a new one from Drive Shaft Power in Lake Worth, Florida. Has 4 grease fittings and has a 2 year warranty. Comes fully greased and ready to go. It was $311 including shipping. Wasn't too hard to replace once I let the bolts soak in PB blaster for awhile. Went for a test drive. No noises, no vibration. While I was under there, I greased the rear drive shaft. It obviously wasn't done in awhile as it took about 6 pumps of the grease gun. Now onto the brake fluid flush and the differentials...

You may also want to check out Toddco (http://www.toddcosuspensions.com/index.html). I just bought a front diff from them and they are pretty decent to work with - although sometimes hard to reach by phone. They have them on sale nfor $279.
