Default leaking sun and Moon roof.

does anyone know where the drain is for the water. I was told that there is a water drain that get's clogged up which causes leaks.

Both of your sunroofs leak?
DI or DII?

My front sunroof leaks if I brake really hard when it is pouring down rain. This only occurred once but that was one time too many. I opened the sunroof but I cannot see the drain plugs. I have a 2003 DII. I've looked for a picture online but to no avail.

Open the sunroofs and look for a small hole in one of the front corners.
There is a drain tube that runs down the "A" pillar for the front sunroof and down the "D" pillar for the rear sunroof.

More than likely your clog is at the bottom of the tube under the truck. The drain tubes come out behind the front wheels on each side. Slide under there and check those as well as doing what Spike suggested. But follow my suggestion first because its the right one. LOL.

You wouldn't have any pics of the front drain tubes under the vehicle would you?? I took a quick look the other day but didn't see what I thought would be the drain tubes.

Ditto on this. I looked under the sunroof and under the vehicle but I can't put my finger on them either.

One of my regulars at work is getting ready to give his '99 DII to his daughter. They were driving it the other day after a hard rain, and she had to jump on the brakes pretty hard for some reason. A bunch of water poured out from somewhere (I think he said where the seat belt comes out of the B-pillar) and soaked his daughter. He said she wasn't too happy about that. LOL!

AvsRover - I just noticed you are in Denver. There are a number of us in the Denver area including myself and Disco Mike. If you ever need help with the Rover I would be more than happy to get together with you and lend a hand.
