Default Lets play "Name that Leak"

It's on the aft part of the oil pan, Goes about 1/2 way up the bell housing of the transmission. Appears to be oil and not ATF. However, not sure if its leaking or blowing back at the circular access plate on the bottom of the trans. Any ideas would be helpful. Oil pan gasket? All bolts in the immediate area appear tight.

Could be anywhere at all. Have you done the PCV mod to reduce the potential pressure of the oil vapour circulation system?

Yup, did the PVC mod. Also added a catch can as well. I checked and all is free flowing.

I had exactly that leak and it went away after replacing valve cover gaskets.

I did have a leak on the left Valve cover. I tightened the lower bolts. Seems to have stopped for now. Maybe the lower leak will abate as well.

I tightened the bolts and did the PCV mod, but it didn't stop the leak.

@Micmac drop the plate it just an inspection plate, run a clean rag around the inside. Next you have oil all over your pan it could easily be blow back.

Clean everything up before you go to blue devil
Clean cardboard underneath
Let your engine get to temp at idle, let it idle for at least 15 minutes or so
Shut down leave it for 30 minutes or so
Now see where the oil is.
