Guys I wheel with have 4.11s and 33's and they are all swapping out to stock with the 1.4 t case or 3.7 or 3.89 (a couple options in that range from the different manufacturers). They can't stand the final drive in both low and high. Stock low range has plenty of torque and control while still being able to move at an okay pace in low but with 4.11s they are always switching between lo/high on any mellow section and we all know how high sucks off road in most situations. Then the highway rpms with the 33s and 4.11s is overkill. 3 different guys with decades of wheeling rovers are tired of it and changing things up this summer, they all followed the calculators and why they ended up with 4.11s.
