Saw these FS on Craigslist. Does anybody have experience or opinion of them?

Sh!tpart t-stats aren’t ****.... I’ve had much better luck with Britpart vs AllMakes4x4 crap thats for sure!!!

My brother bought a $$$$ lift kit from AB and it rode like a mule & sat completely uneven. I think he ended up with Britpart springs vs the TF stuff they sent him & it’s now perfect.

I purchased a TF 2 inch lift kit from British Atlantic a couple of summers ago. I have been very disappointed with their product, very clangy and noisy. Felt very misled by AB on account in their "how to"video they say it's just a simple swap. They don't mention a thing about replacing the control arms with angle correcting control arms.

Agreed... ironically enough, I've had more issues with genuine parts than aftermarket so far.

My engine rebuild ate my lift money...but it's next, assuming nothing else breaks before hand(what are the odds, lol).
Regardless, I'm still not looking forward to lifting it.
Not for the job itself, but all the horror stories of sagging springs, uneven rides, trying to get a genuine 2-3" of actual lift, etc.
For now, I'm leaning towards the Old Man Emu, 1.5/1.8" springs, and adding 1" spacers...and hoping for a good result.

If you do OME, definitely add spacers. I have 2" pucks on my rear 763's, and I'm at ~2.5" of lift now after adding the steel swingaway and stuff. I wish they made taller springs for the D2 to accommodate heavy loads

Yeah, I thought it was you who recommended the OME springs, and to add the spacers.
Thanks again for that!

I have OME HD Springs and 1inch spacers on my 99 D2, RTE 3inch on my 04, and 2inch MD on my Kalahari. Besides the paint being poor on the TF’s it rides, and sits great, but it’s lighter vs the 99/04 because it’s not an SE7.
