So an interesting day today. Got the new water pump and installed that this morning with new upper radiator hoses and serpentine belt. In the middle I received the "Ballistic Missile Inbound - This is not a drill" message on my phone and watched the people around me lose their minds as the sirens went off all over town. Once the false alarm message came through I went back down and fired up the rover, on to realize the same leak was still there. It appears to be originating above the two small diameter pipes in the pictures, and leaks fairly steady with the motor off and no pressure behind it. For the life of me I can't trace this leak down. I checked the throttle body heater just to be sure, and it's dry all around. What a day. Please help!
When you replaced the water pump did you remove ALL the old gasket material? Was the front cover mating surface smooth? Did you use any RTV with the new water pump gasket? RTV can be good or bad (I don't use it) too much and it can "bump" the gasket up & when torqueing the water pump bolts it doesn't seal correctly.
Another place to look, and you will see it in the video at @ 2:15 is the top and side of the front engine cover. When you removed the water pump the 2 long bolts on the drivers side also holds the front cover on. Sometimes the gasket between the front cover and block gets damaged when the bolts are removed. Also did you put some RTV on/around these 3 long bolts (the 2 just mentioned and 1 on the P side/see pic)?

And of course if you can't see the leak it's just a quick trip to AutoZone to rent a Coolant Pressure Tester. Good Luck!
