Default lubricant for seats and sunroofs

I have been trying to search for what type of lubricant is for the power seats and sunroofs. My seats are feeling a little rough when I move them and I don't want to blow out the motor. Please let me know what all of you use.

I use white lithium grease on both. I also found a dry lubricant made by Gunk that I am going to try.

Clean the old tracks before you use anything.
I recommend a synthetic lube, it tends to take less and last longer. Ask you auto part stores what they have available.
