Mode & Sport flashing

My Disco 11 has just started both the green flashing Mode and Sport icons in the dash, can anybody suggest what this means and is there a quick fix

I think that's often related to low battery voltage. Try checking it, and see what happens if you charge it. Also clean and tighten the terminal connections.

Mine does that if I don’t drive it for a few days to a week usually just letting it run for a minute or two then restart it it goes away

Low voltage or dirty terminals will cause that.
