Visit Home Depot/Lowes/Autozone/Advance with one of your screws, its just a sheet metal screw.

They are not sheet metal screws but a sheet metal screw will work.

+1. They are very very course threaded (like two threads on the whole screw). Actually I think a sheet metal screw may hold the shroud a little more snugly.

They also have a nub on the end to keep them (most of the time) from falling out of the shroud. Honestly I don't think they are even needed.

Yeah bring the bolt to Lowes and they have a wall plate full of threads so you can screw it in and match it, and go from there, etc.

I just did the same this weekend, replaced the transmission filter and the bolts were old so I got new ones. M6 was the Lowes thread size (10mm head).

Go to True Valve and buy a nut and bolt and a lock washer, one set for each side.
The lock washer will keep the nut from falling off which will keep your fan shroud from falling off.
Total cost $5.
If you use stainless steel nuts and bolts it wont rust.
