How long have you been using them for? I got my brake and rotor looked at recently and they look bad. Rotors are completely warped and brake pads almost done for. I've been really interested in getting EBC brake-rebuild kit and would like to have a personal review. Thanks for the help.

I have been using them for around 1,500 miles although I have only had them for about 2 weeks. So far I am really impressed with the stopping quality and the lack of noise and brake dust. Depending on how long they last, I will def be buying them again. Even one of my mechanics commented on how well they work (he had not used EBC before) and he does a lot of brake work and is an offroader himself. I say if you can find the money, do it.

Well, for what its worth I installed EBC discs and pads in my Inlaws P38, in less than 1000 miles they have warped on the truck and then off again into the bin!!!

hes gone back to standard Mintex Disc and Pads now which is what I use to.

Bear in mind "if" you play in the mud, slotted and drilled discs (or rotors as you guys call em lol) can get filled with mud and crap, and when you brake, you can easily damage the disc face.

You can also use copper grease on the pads to prevent the "squeal"

Wow less than a thousand miles?! That's ridiculous!! Looks like more research and asking around about the best "discs" and brakes for my Disco. Thanks for the input.

Don't forget to upgrade to cross-drilled brake lines too...

Does it really make a difference? Or is it needed when you upgrade to performance brakes? I'm on a tight, tight budget Lol:o
