Default New brakes and rotors what do you think?

Does any one have a suggestion for pads and rotors? RoversNorth has a pro line set for like $250. Are there others to look at or should I go with a land rover genuine part?

Since I am doing all the breaks is there anything special I should do? Any cleaning or fluids to add or any bleeding?? Any accesories I might want to think about?

Go with the kits from Atlantic British, just buy the best that you can afford.
As for what else to do while you are doing the brakes, flush the brake fluid, this needs to be done every 2 years.
Buy a quart of DOT 4 brake fluid, any fluid will do, full synthetic is best.

That depends, if it is OEM then you are paying for the name, if it is aftermarket then yes.
As a general consenses EBC makes some of the best brakes on the market.

The ebc could be cool but i am not sure which to buy. I off road pretty heavy most of the year and the rest is an even split between hwy and town driving

If money was no problem then I would buy these.

If I were needing new pads and rotors but was on a budget then I would buy these.

If I were just replacing the pads then either the EBC pads or the Lockheed pads.

Yeah i like the description on the ebc with the dimples and what not. But a few of the pieces are on order at AB and I have been waiting almost a month for my purge flow valve... If I spent over $550 on brakes i would want to have to wait for them for x amount of weeks.

I am doing all four rotors and pads b/c I am finally eliminating my # amigos. How long are the ebc rotors supposed to last?

I'm looking at the doing the same exact thing. My brakes squeak so bad I think I wake the whole neighborhood every time I stop! Thinking long-term is the EBC or Ferodo a better buy? I'm thinking quality over quantity.

I have never had a problem rodering something from AB and it not coming in.
If they have it in stock then it will ship out that same day if it is ordered before 4pm EST.
