Default New watts linkage

This was a new one on me but just swapped out the watts link on a truck with 150k. What a difference. Like goin from a lumber wagon to a magic carpet. Anyway, lucky8 has the whole setup for about the same as buying the bushings alone. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Good to know. I really need to get under my D2 with crow bar and start checking all the bushings before they are AFU.
I've been wanting these greased watts linkage from Andy at Grove Engineering UK...https://www.groveautoengineering.co....kage-greasable

Those bushings look sweet! I'm torn between the Lucky8 watts or the RTE version.

I replaced the Watts on my '99 with the Lucky8 one (they called the whole thing a "snowman"). The hole through the centre bushing was bigger than the hole in the one that came off, so it clunked around like crazy. Lucky8 told me that it was no big deal...

I was already leaning towards the RTE version and this kind of sums it up. I don't hear anything about fitment issues from RTE parts. I'll pay a little extra for what's probably a better made unit as well.

can you expand more on what’s improved on the ride quality ?

It's more about noise than ride.
