Have you looked under the vehicle? There may not be room for another, or larger tank.

OK, good. Not only is it required but you get better MPG with it. What kind of MPG are you getting?
You will get the best MPG with the cruise set between 65-70 MPH and the windows rolled up..

about ten mpg. Round trip to the airport 190miles every week. Thirty miles to highway where ever I go. This is my most favorite car I have ever owned but really would love to be able to carry more fuel. Thank you all.

You dont need a bigger fuel tank, you need to improve your MPG.
Is your airfilter dirty? How about tire pressure? Are you using full synthetic motor oil? How fast are you driving on the expressway?
I have a '97 and I get 18-20 MPG on the expressway and 12 or so around town.

I actually saw a "2nd" tank made for a Disco on ebay about 2 monthsago for around 650, it was a ten gallon tank that fit somewhere in the rear quarters.
