There is a threaded plug towards the outlet hose for SAI. If you have SAI, you unscrew the plug and put the SAI sensor in. If you don't have SAI, you leave the plug in.

Get the Nissens from rock auto.
I paid about $230 shipped.

OK - I have a write up in this BB Forum. You will need to use SEARCH and find it for replacing the radiator.

Basically -
The radiator is attached with rubber mounts to the bottom and TWO plastic holders per side around the middle.

Your job - is to get the metal retainers OFF of the RADIATOR.
These are screwed in behind the HORNS and some other crazy place.

Then you unhook all 4 fluid transfer pipes - two to the oil cooler two to the trans cooler.
Unhook the hoses - two large and one plastic hose.
Unhook the wire for the SAI.

The radiator will then LIFT OUT as an entire assy with oil cooler and trans cooler attached.

Don't be stupid and dissassemble the radiator in the truck..

Get it out.

Put it side by side with the new one.
Transfer ALL the hardware and coolers.

Put it back in.

To get the grille off you need a LONG screw driver to put thru the wheel wells to a screw holding trim on.

I have a post on ALL this I did last year.
Search on jfall posts.

I just did this, but detached the trans cooler from the rad. I didn't feel like messing around with the lines. Pretty easy. The whole rad is attached by like 5 bolts/screws. The hardest part is removing all the plastic crap that's in the way.

Don't be afraid of the lines. Detach them and lift it all out as a unit.
That's what the couplers are for.

Penatrating oil (pb blaster) would go a long way on those couplers. I'm not a fan of them either.. but they work.

You don't need to detach anything on the front...including the grill. Just remove the air and battery boxes and you can access everything you need to remove it...saved me 3 hours!

I did it without disconnecting the lines.

For some of us, the couplers are full of corrosion and a PITA to mess with.
