Default O2 sensor replacement

I have a 2001 disco II with 55k miles. The check engine light is on and the car runs rough. When im at a light and then hit the gas I bog out a little until I take my foot off the gas and then it comes around. The local Autozone guys said it was an o2 sensor problem. I purchased all 4 of them and need some help installing them. It doesnt appear to be too difficult,is there anyone that can add some insight to this problem? and or walk me through it?

Don't install them, they won't fail at your mileage and if they did, it would only be one. What was the fault code they found, if you don't have it, get it rechecked and get back to me with the code numbers.
O2's usualyy last well up to 100,000 miles and even if they fail, it won't cause your engine to bog down.

rovergreg,
I have an 01 with 52,500 on it and got the check engine light last week. Took it to Autozone and faults came up bank 1 bank 2 too lean. I forget the exact codes. Girl that pulled the codes mentioned something about the O2 sensors also but after some research on what the codes were, I found she was wrong. I already had an air filter on order and a couple days later changed that, put in new spark plugs, and made sure the MAF was clean. That took care of it. No more service engine light. My disco didnt run rough but I did notice it ran a bit smoother after the changes.

So don't put in the new O2's until you verify the codes, they don't know what they are talking about.
