Off road tires for 18 rim
I've also got the Hankook DynaPro AT/M, in size 265/65/18. I've been very pleased with them. They're basically a small 32" tire, but fit very well with my 2" TF lift. I have heard of people running the same size (or 265/75/16) on trucks without a lift and not really having any trouble except for a little rubbing at full lock or under heavy articulation.
I just bought a set of falken Rocky Mountain tires. 265/70/18
With a 2" terra firma lift close fit. Price was under $550 to my door from discount tire direct. They work well in mud and ride well on the highway. Speedo reads 5 mph slow now. I'm very happy with this aggressive tire.

Nitto Terra Grapplers are very good tires. I really like mine! They are great on the pavement and supposedly very good in bad weather (although I can't verify that yet). I do know they handle very well in the rain, though. My next set will probably be 275/65-18 as I just put a 2" lift on a couple of weeks ago. My current tires are 255/60-18 and have a TON of tread left on them. Once they wear out, I'll switch to the larger size.
When I had 18"s. I ran 265/65r18 BFG a/t. I have a 2" ome hd lift as well.
You will not be disappointed with BFG. There sidewalls will outperform any Nitto product out there. They are quiet on road, and amazing off-road.

I am also running BFG's 275/65/18 with 2" OME lift. I had a very minor tire rub on the inside fender wells at full turn. Made a small cut out of the plastic fender well and now its perfect.
Now that I've been reading on this forum for a while I am hoping that the 275's are not going to handle poorly in the snow.
If I could go back a month and do it over I would get some 16 in black steel rims and some 255's.
Now I have to wait for these to wear out and sell my spare. C'est la vie.

I ended up getting BFG AT in 265/65/18 which are pretty much a perfect fit. Costco has them the cheapest at I think $274 installed but they would not order this size because they weren't factory specs. I ended up getting them from discount tire online which was about $288 a tire with free shipping. That was $40-50 a tire cheaper than the local shops and they also wanted to charge shipping. If I did it again I would just order the tires from Costco and have them installed elsewhere but discount tire is great plus usually cheaper than tirerack.
So far the tires have been great in snow (4-6 inches) and don't have anymore noise than the originals until you hit 70's. You still have to be cautious in slush conditions especially when stopping since these aren't considered "snow tires" but they still preform. Lost about 1-2 mpg and get slight rubbing in full turns. Thanks for all the help fellas.
