Oil seal gushing oil at revs
Hi there!
I just did head gaskets, replaced cam bearing #4 (it walked), main and rod bearings on my engine. I toleranced everything and changed all the seals and I have great hot oil pressure now (26PSI vs 2PSI before), however, as soon as I touch the revs the front crank seal gushes with oil. Its un-driveable, I can't even get 2500rpm without tons of oil just spilling out. There is very little grooving on the harmonic balancer shaft and I'm sure I assembled everything correctly. I ordered a new seal thinking maybe the one I installed isn't a good fit but any suggestions on errors I may have made during assembly would be hugely appreciated!
I checked the hole on the cam bearing was lined up perfectly with the hole in the block. I was running 15/40 oil which I think is too thick given how fresh the bearings all are now. I replaced the oil pump gears with a new set and all the gaskets too.
Thanks!

Honestly I don't know, it's exactly what I was thinking as it was part of a kit which I wasn't so sold on. I've just gone ahead and ordered a Corteco ERR6490G hoping that would solve it. Have you got any experience with Fel-Pro 41690? I ask as that is readily available at my local Napa.
Thanks!
Thanks!
