Default OME install gone bad

So I decided to bring my Discovery to a local repair shop to have my new OME shocks and springs put in. When I went to pick it up I couldent belive my eyes! They put the front springs in the back and the back ones in the front! It looked compleatly ridiculous! I am no mechanic and I could see right away it was compleatly wrong! Anyway could someone let me know if I am going to have any possible problems with the front shocks because of them being compleatly extended to capacity and driven on for a short distance like that?

You don't want to be driving it. Is that mechanic going to redo his screw up?
Is he aware that the front coils are code as to which side they go on?

Yes I brought it back right away. I had to explain everything to him in great detail to insure he understood. Then I get a call telling me when they finally got it right and lowered it down they found that one of the rear shocks had broken or sheared off at the lower mounting threads. They say it was a bad part but I have my suspicions that this was somthing they did due to more incompetence on their end. So I had them put the old shock in for now and now I have to see if OMW will warrenty the part. The fun never ends!

Ya they probably brokeit or something. Bastards. When all is done I'd tell them thier service is [sm=smiley35.gif]and never use them again. Incompetency is inexcusable.
